Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel their bookings
Cancellations 24 Hours in Advance
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the ride, a partial cancellation fee may apply according to the booking terms
Same Day or Instant Bookings
Same-day or instant bookings may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if canceled after confirmation.
Exceptions
Emergencies may lead to fee reviews at our discretion
